Collection: Quarter-Sawn Sycamore
Sycamore lumber is primarily consisted of light sapwood, with darker heartwood streaks found throughout. In quarter-sawn sycamore, distinctive "freckles" (ray-flecks) are present, giving this species a unique, beautiful pattern.
Sycamore works easily, and glues, turns and finishes well. This a great option for turned objects, furniture, tool handles, and other small specialty wood objects.
